Honolulu Community College

Catalogs of the videotapes held by Honolulu Community College Library and of videotapes and films owned by other Hawaii libraries are held at the Circulation Counter. The videos of some UH Libraries can also be located through the Hawaii Voyager online catalog. Loans of films and videos from other University of Hawaii System libraries can be arranged for HCC faculty and staff for class presentations. Please submit requests at least three weeks in advance.

Videos from HCC's collection are checked out to faculty and staff. Early reservations are recommended.
Students may view HCC videotapes in the library; individual video players and headphones are available.

A limited but increasing number of HCC's videotapes are available for 7-day loan to students, faculty, and staff.

Telecourse Videotapes
Videotapes of telecourses produced by Honolulu Community College are also held at the library Circulation Counter. HCC telecourse videotapes are included in the Hawaii Voyager online catalog. Transcripts of some telecourses are also available on the Web. Library resources have been selected for some HCC telecourses.

• Limited to students enrolled in the telecourse
• May be viewed in the library or borrowed overnight
• A valid HCC library card is required.
• Because the library often has only one copy of each videotape, there is a charge of $1.00 for each day that a telecourse video is overdue.
