Honolulu Community College
Library issues library cards to our students, faculty, staff, and
community users. Library cards are required to check-out books, and to
request materials held at the Circulation Counter (such as magazines and
newspapers, reserve materials, and
videotapes). Library card numbers are required for remote login and
validation when connecting to some databases. A current HCC Library card is accepted at all University of Hawaii system libraries.
HCC library cards are permanent, and should be updated regularly.
Note: a different card is used by the Hawaii Public Library System.
