PAY DAY and TIME SHEET INFORMATION

    How long will it take to get paid?
     Approximately seven (7) weeks from your first day of work.

    When and where do I get paid?
    - The 5th and 20th of each month (after 12 noon).
    - At the Business Office in Building 6, 1st floor.
      (Exceptions are Administration, Bookstore, Business Office, College Skills Center, EMC, and Library).

    Timesheet Reminders:

• Make sure timesheets are submitted ON TIME! (due dates are circled on the calendar)
• Be sure the correct account code is on the timesheet
• Be sure the timesheet is signed by yourself and your supervisor
• Indicate AM or PM after the time
• Use only blue or black ink
• More timesheets are available at Business Office (on the counter inside of a box)
