WORKSHOPS FOR DEVELOPING WEB MATERIALS

Webshop Series:

Fridays beginning September 4. A series of about twelve 2:30 Friday workshops are planned. Jon Blumhardt will run the workshops on everything from looking at web design and searching the internet to creating and incorporating video clips and animations in your web material. Exact topics are subject to change depending on the needs and interests of participants. Check the Faculty Development calendar for details.

Web-CT Workshops:

Dates to be announced. Rose Sumajit will run a number of workshops on using the Web-CT program for online courses. Check the Faculty Development calendar for updates and more information.

Web Experiences Seminar:

Oct 1 (Thursday) at 2:30 in (tentatively) 7-420. Seven HCC instructors have created online courses and will take you on a tour of their online courses and discuss their experiences in developing the courses. Course format, mechanics, sample classes, and online activities will be shown.
