4 Ways To Register

1) Phone-In 845-9296
Call between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, M - F (except holidays). Pay by credit card (VISA/MasterCard) at time of call.

2) Fax-In 845-3767
Include credit card or purchase order payment information on fax. View Registration Form

3) Mail-In
One registration form per student. (Make copies of form for additional students.) Each registration must include credit card payment information, check*, or purchase order. View Registration Form

Registration Deadline

Registration Forms for all courses must be received five (5) working days before the first class meeting. If participant registers after this deadline, it is his/her responsibility to call to verify enrollment and status of course. Please help us avoid cancellations by registering at least one week before the class begins.

Transfer and Refund Policy

To transfer to another course or completely withdraw from a course, call 845–9296 one (1) working day before the first class meeting. Thereafter, refunds will not be allowed. Refunds require 6 – 8 weeks processing time. Charge card refunds will be credited to your account.

Note: Participants registering by purchase order or third party payment will be billed regardless of non-attendance unless notification of withdrawal is made by the specified refund deadline.

Cancellations

The College reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another section.

Parking Information

Call 845–9296 or complete the parking section of the registration form when registering. Unauthorized cars will be ticketed. No parking pass is required during official school breaks including winter, spring and summer. View Academic Calendar

Parking Lots 1, 2, 3, and 7:
Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Parking Lot 8 (Automotive Technology, makai end of Kokea St.):
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Optional to move to Lots 1, 3, or 7 after 3:00 PM

Parking Application

Fill out the parking portion of the registration form if you are applying for a parking permit. A complimentary parking permit will be mailed to participants who register 5 business days before the start of class. Participants requesting parking who register within 5 days of the start of class may pick up their parking permit from the instructor on the first day of class.

Lost Passes and Parking Fines

Replacement of lost or forgotten parking passes is charged at $1.00 per day. Individuals who receive parking tickets are expected to pay the appropriate fine.

Disability Services

Participants requiring some accommodation in order to fully participate, please call 845-9296.

Handicap Parking

Individuals with an HCC parking pass and a State of Hawai‘i handicap parking placard may park in any handicap stall in any lot.
