If participant registers after this deadline, it is his/her responsibility to call to verify enrollment and status of course. Please help us avoid cancellations by registering at least one week before the class begins. Transfer and Refund PolicyTo transfer to another course or completely withdraw from a course, call 845–9296 one (1) working day before the first class meeting. Thereafter, refunds will not be allowed. Refunds require 6 – 8 weeks processing time. Charge card refunds will be credited to your account. Note: Participants registering by purchase order or third party payment will be billed regardless of non-attendance unless notification of withdrawal is made by the specified refund deadline. CancellationsThe College reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will receive a full refund or may transfer to another section. Parking InformationCall 845–9296 or complete the parking section of the registration form when registering. Unauthorized cars will be ticketed. No parking pass is required during official school breaks including winter, spring and summer. A complimentary parking permit will be mailed to participants who register 5 business days before the start of class. Participants requesting parking who register within 5 days of the start of class may pick up their parking permit from the instructor on the first day of class. Lost Passes and Parking Fines Replacement of lost or forgotten parking passes is charged at $1.00 per day. Individuals who receive parking tickets are expected to pay the appropriate fine. Handicap ParkingIndividuals with an HCC parking pass and a State of Hawai‘i handicap parking placard may park in any handicap stall in any lot. |
