November 14	Registration begins for New/Returning and Transfer Students
December 18	Payment Deadline for Spring ‘08 Registration is Dec. 18, 4:00 PM. If registering after Dec. 18, 4:00 PM, the deadline is 5 calendar days after registration. (See Payment Plan Dates.)
January 7	Faculty Duty Period begins (for new 9-month Instructional)
January 7-10	Extended Registration office hours till 6:00 PM
January 9-10	New Student Orientation
January 12	Saturday Registration 8:30-11:30 AM (Bookstore Open 9:00-12:00)
January 14	Instruction Begins
January 14-17	Extended Late Registration office hours till 6:00 PM
January 14-18	Late Registration Period, $30 fee Add Period for open classes only, $5 fee in person (no fee for online transactions)
January 14 - March 20	Drop Period, $5 fee in person (no fee for online transactions) 1 (See also Refund & Academic Record deadlines below.)
January 18	Last day to Drop/Withdraw courses with a 100% refund 1,2
January 21	Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Federal & State Holiday) 3

1 Withdrawal and Drop Dates are different for classes that are NOT semester-length or a full summer session. See Withdrawals or College Policies in the Schedule of Classes or Records Office.

2 Refund dates are different for classes that are NOT semester-length. See College Policies in the Schedule of Classes or Business Office.

3 On Federal Holidays, classes scheduled on Military Bases and labs associated with Military-Base classes will not meet.

On State Holidays and recesses, classes scheduled at other facilities will not meet.
