Aloha,

My name is Jasmin and I just joined in senate during the summer 2008 term and I was really lucky to get the position of Business Manager. I am excited to be able to have a voice in the HCC community and to learn many new things. This is the first time I have ever been apart of student government and I have already learned many great leadership skills.

I moved to hawaii from a Holland Michigan looking to broaden my horizons, which I certainly have. I hope to graduate form Honolulu Community College with not only an associates degree, but knowing that I have made a difference as well. I would love to get accepted into the University of Washington and I know that I will not be able to do it without the people and skills learned from the Associated Students of the University of Hawaii- Honolulu Community College.
