Free E-mail Service Providers

  • Free E-mail From Juno The only requirements are a personal computer and a modem. Subscription to an Internet service is not required. What users see on the screen is an Internet-like page by Juno. Juno provides the free e-mail service for the limited advertising it shows on the e-mail page and for optional services that may be purchased.
  • Hotmail. This is free, but it is web-based, which means that it requires subscription to an Internet service for access to the Internet. E-mail is a service almost always included with Internet service at the basic cost, however, and usually does not need to be arranged separately. Hotmail makes it possible for Internet service subscribers to have a second e-mail service free and therefore another e-mail address and to easily separate personal and business mail.
